most of them should be dead by now. Squid die after spawning.

i've also checked central cali fishing reports, and it looks like they swam north.

Any Sightings ? Boats, Piers, Surf ? Anybody ?

SH, Anybody, Do you think they all die at once ? If so how do the get 30 - 100 lbs ?
The last few weeks they are all 3 - 10 lbs ? Do they take weeks or months to spawn ?
At 15 mph where are they ?

Or is it like the 60's classic surf movie ?

They die soon after spawning, even if they didn't mate, as cephalopods, even the big ones have a lifespan of around three years. They grow fast, size depends on how well the squid eats. Some naturally get bigger, faster than others.

I bet there were white and sixgill sharks everywhere at night, feasting.
