Just got back from El Dorado. Tried first to catch some blue gill with my daughter to no avail. She wanted to ride the pedal boat, so we went over forked out the $16 for one hour and we were off. I didn't initially plan on fishing, because I didn't bring the proper gear to troll with. Later on decided to hit the reeds with my worm wacky style. No luck, but later found a spot where I fanned 2 strong fighting bass. :-(
Saw this guy on the way out who had about 10 crappie and catfish. He brought a trolling motor and seemed liked a regular. I was wondering if anyone knew if you could launch your own boat there? I am guessing not, but how about an inflatable?
