Testing the water with a motor guide with low gear missing

I have a motor guide trolling motor I just took off my tracker..it has lost slow speed but still works on fast speed
was wondering if anybody would say buy it for like 80 - 90 bucks ..it works and all like i said slow speed is missing..you can take it to troll dr..and then flip it.. just checking..comes with mount..45lbs 35" ss shaft 12 volt
don't have room to store it..hate to chuck it somebody could use it
