got there around 10, didnt do much boil searching untill i ran into it in the evening near the bouy line, was goin off pretty good, picked off 2 stripes, 2 small bass bass on plastics, and this 9 lb cat on shad. if anything the bluestoning screwed the bass bite. go get em!!!!! bluestoning :Rolls Eyes: :LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:

I've heard stories that 3-4 days after the blustone is the best fishing possible, all the weeds are killed off and the stripers come in and pick off the bass and bait fish that were hiding in them before they can find new cover...

I think blustone just affects the greenish plankton in the water but it did not mess with the shad in tight- must try my fly rod on the boilers!
