hey guys,
so it's been a while since I last shore-fished Pyramid with my dad.... the last time we were there... we noticed that the weeds/algae were just starting to crop up at the shoreline. We haven't been back since. We usually fish off of the rocks/in front of the "new" bait/tackle shop there.
I know most of you fish from the boats... but was wondering if anyone has made it to the shore close to the rocky area/bait shop recently...
how are the water conditions there? too much weeds/algae to shore fish from these areas?? I've been told that the weeds/algae get thick during the summer/heat... and later disappear with the fall/winter.
If these areas are not fishable... then would fishing near the entrance area be better?
If shore conditions are not good for now... then will prob just wait until the shoreline clears up a little...
