Went to corona with a buddy on monday night since they had their first 24 hour special. We got there at 7:30pm, got a boat and went to the spot. Started fishing at around 8:00pm. That first spot was pretty slow, a few bites here and there but nothing would stick. Only got one fish in that spot. Went to the second spot and that's where we pretty much stayed the whole night. We got around 13 fish in that spot. After hours passed it died. Tried a new spot that looked good and we got bit right away, go one nice 3 1/2 pounder. WOW these cats put one hell of a fight!! makes u think u have a 30 pounder on the line :LOL:. Me and my buddy ended up with 15 total. I got 9 and he got 6. It was his first time catfishing. He was excited and he lost a lot of fish lol, but it's all good. It happens. Well i thought it was gonna be pretty dead since the last stocking was on friday, but nope, i was wrong. There's tons of fish in there!!! It don't matter if u go on a day they stocked or not, theirs fish in there no matter what. So go get em!!! Till next time!
For some reason they put our pix in half. We took it at the same time but they moved half and half. Those fish that they put up on their website were the fish we caught.
