2008 Evinrude E-Tec 175hp DFI 2 stroke. Asking $5800 runs perfect or $3500 with no lower unit.

2003 Mercury Optimax 150hp Twins! They have really nice compression and are good runners, but need to be serviced, need injectors cleaned because they idle rough. $5000 for the pair!

1998 Johnson 200/225hp Ocean Runner 2 stroke looper. It runs perfect and has ridiculously beautiful compression and very low hours. $2600.

1995 200/225 V6 Johnson 2 stroke VRO. It has great compression and runs beautiful. It's ready to go!! $2200.

1992ish Johnson 150hp 2 stroke. Its pretty decent compression has a little bit of backfiring issues.

1980ish 4.5hp Mercury Longshaft missing tiller, great for use as kicker etc. $200.

1980ish Mercury 70hp 2 stroke. It runs well and is in good shape. $600.

1984 Mercury 25hp Long Shaft 2 stroke really good running motor. It is a pull start motor and comes with controls.

1993 Johnson 28hp SPL long shaft 2 stroke. Runs great and is in good shape. Its a good old commercial type outboard that will handle years of use. $600

1994 Nissan/Tohatsu 40hp Short Shaft Tiller Pull Start in perfect running shape ready to go! $800.

Maybe a auto mechanic/diesel next ? My buddy has a Volvo shop.
30 years working on Volvos, married, kids grown up now, homeowner 20 years.
No decline in business the last 4 years of recession, always busy and people booked a week for a appt.

With VRO, that would mean carbs.

I heard 1996 was the last year for carbs on the Ocean Runner ?
My 1996 150hp V6 Ocean Runner has 6 carbs and has been great for 3 years
with no problems. When getting plugs for it a mechanic said the 1997 was FICT injection ?

1996 was the 1st year Ocean Runner with the 60* V6 block... made up until 1999/2000.. Then Ficht came out right after, same block and lower end just totally different electronics, DFI system, Added Injectors and Spark Plugs etc... I'd definitely stay away from Ficht outboards.

Do you have an outboard on it already, or you want an upgrade? Well we do have a 15hp Yamaha that is being worked on (needs lower unit sealed up) that should be ready really soon for about $650... but we also have that Yamaha 6hp which should be okay for your boat, but it wont be fast.. pretty much just get you out on the water.

Let me know! Inventory always changes too, so I'll keep y'all updated!

Currently no motor on it. I'm not in it for the speed or "power". It will mainly be used for bay/harbor hooping and halibut drifts. I'm not lookin' fo anything too expensive.....maybe in the $250-$300 range. I know that's thought but someone out there have it and needs/wants the $

Save another $200. I'd go 15hp min. Having a little power on a flat day can get you outside the harbor and
get in on open water fish too. Put a big trolling motor on it and keep 2 batteries. Go Green lol.
I put a Minnkota 30 FW on my 18' Cuddy Cab with a 150 Johnson.
That little Minnkota is great for kicking the boat out of the way of kelp on drifts, Go Hybrid.
