Since getting my tube I've been battling a problem with my stocking foot waders. The problem is walking in the stockingfeet really hurt on a rocky shore and I also worry about tearing a hole in the soles on glass or rocks. So, I went out and bought a pair of Croc Off-Roads. (black on black)

These things are pretty awesome. They slip over the stockingfeet so I need not worry about poking a hole in the waders or stepping on sharp rocks. They also have a velcro backstrap, so that when I get down to the shore and put my fins on I just strap the crocs to one of the D-rings on my tube. On top of all that, if they happen to fall in the water for some reason, they float.

Anyhow, just thought I'd pass it on. In addition, they make pretty comfortable kickin' back type shoes. Got 'em at BPS.

Later,
Scott
