yes that curado " would " be good for that rod, and yes you could use it for surf fishing. maybe do some research on rods and reels for surf fishing, then you would know what you would need, or got to the salt water section and read reports on what guys are using for there equipment ?

It's a spinning rod so a Curado wouldn't work. Throw a ci4 1000 on it and you have a perfect drop shot or finesse spinning setup

Also open to trades for swimbaits (nezumma, triple trout, 316)
