Jumped into outgoing high tide during the extended lunch break tossing the Jackal.
Conditions were worse than usual in our Nordic waters: Moderate salad and poor visibility were somewhat expected but low 60s at best, chilling right through wetsuit and wind+windswell with frequent period quickly lowered my expectations.
Tried 3 usual spots only to get a 4 ft SNGF, 3 ft Leo and A 2 ft smoothhound (camera broke and no pictures, I知 sure you致e seen those enough) The guitar improvisation of a big hali was impressive: the shakes, the drag burning runs, the anchoring on the bottom. The other two sharks were also tail hooked and gave me a couple minutes of hope each. Smoothhound from the surf in a new one for me, so it was somewhat better than skunk.
Wonder if we値l ever get warm clear water here..I値l be checking it,
Have fun out there!
