well... got a call from my dad late last night seeing if I wanted to join him for a quick sesh in the BU... "Of course!"
we meet up at 6:30am to fish the incoming until the high tide around 8:30am-ish...
nice conditions to start.. small waves, minimal salad, slight breeze, no marine layer/overcast conditions this am...
start off with the camo and red crack and he gets into a couple nice YFCs today as well as a bunch of 6-9" perch....
he tells me he's getting the hang of feeling the bites/nibbles now... hehe..

I went major bendo on what was probably a decent size wiggles, and gave my rod to my dad to let him fight it for a while... he managed to bring it closer to shore, but it eventually busted off... didn't get a visual on it, but oh well... next time!
