Who makes cheap waders with boot bottoms instead of stockingfoot, and where can I get them?

I'd check out Walmart or Sports Authority and look for Stearns Waders, they could still be about $90.
I'd still check out the ones made by the big manufacturers too. For the $$ they are better in quality and performance. Also check out Bass Pro Shops online.

Check out the bone dry line of waders. I bought mine about two seasons ago and have lasted me. Check on Bass Pro for the price.
