Bass Fishing is off the hook @ Perris with 30+ fish caught on a solo trip.... 8-18-11

Well I am beat from fishing most of the day today in this extreme heat and from hauling in all these fish so I'll just make it short because its getting late and I have to report to work tomorrow. Anyways, I ended up fishing a total of (3) spots today and also spent some time metering new potential spots for future trips. Water temps today range anywhere from 77 to 84 degrees and there is lots of forage (baitfish) roaming around in a fairly large water column. Caught fish today from the surface down to 40+ feet of water using a variety of baits (Plastics, Reaction baits, and Swimmies) depending on the conditions at hand. Most of the 30+ fish caught were nothing huge and they range from 2.5 to 5 lbs. Anyways, get out there if you can and enjoy bass fishing at its finest.

WTG on the bass. Looks like you are on the busy side of the lake, I keep my tubing to the East side to keep away from all the boats. Any day you can catch 30+ fish is a great day. Thanks for the report.

You still throwing that donkey rig at them?

"lol".... You definitely have a very good memory as that post with me using the "Donkey Rig" either at "DVL" or the "Pudd" was about 3 years ago. As of today, I still use that rig quite a bit but this time around @ Perris, I didn't utilize it.
