NOT TO BORE YOU ALL WITH THE SAME OLD THING .BASS WERE DEAD, SO DROP SHOTTED MY NEW BPS GOOGLE EYE MINNOWS FOR HALIS. THEY WERE STACKED UP AT THE CORNER.ALMOST EVERY CAST I GOT HIT.CAUGHT 11 DINKS.LOST A BIG ONE WHO SLAMMED ME, AND TOOK OFF LIKE A FRIEGHT TRAIN.I WASNT PREPERRED FOR THAT AND IT GOT OFF AFTER STIPPING LINE FOR A FEW SECONDS.HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GOOD FISHING DAY AND PEACEOUT MIKE THE PMB.......

Good Job Mike.......funny how sometimes the flatties stack up like that.
It's nice to find a sweet spot like that after moving around for a long time.
I hear ya on the freight train thing. I recently did the same thing but I think it was just my laziness that screwed me up. I had caught 6 little shorties and didn't check my line good enough. I was using 10lb P-Line and then I got hammered followed by a good fight. When the fish went deep right in front of me it snapped me off. Inspection of my line showed a TON of nicks right above where my hook was :bang:
God...I hate re-tying dropshot rigs :oops:

nice report!! We were fishing the corners today didnt have a great current though only on short hali was caught.
