My neighbor went fishing yesterday and brought one home and gave me a few steaks.
I don't want it to go to waste, so I'm gonna try it.
I'm kinda scared... Pan fried with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Here goes nothin'... I'll let you know.

Wow, I'm very surprised. Every bit as good as thresher or mako. Very mild firm white meat. Served with white jasmine rice, a little soy sauce and sriracha. A very tasty lunch!

Leopard is a very good eating. It's a fish that is sought after, so that's why they put a size limit on them. They fight really well also.

They fight really well also. The only thing that pisses me off about them, is their habit of rolling around. I caught a few that were so entangled, they could have spit the hook, and I STILL would have landed them!
