My buddy has an inflatable raft with a trolling motor and is looking for a spot where they're allowed. It's gotta be a place where the water isn't too rough or choppy...its inflatable remember LOL! Any recommendations will be helpful.

I have seen inflatables at Jenks Lake, don't think you can use motor. Lake gregory as well for trout. Early morning at Lake Perris should be fine, gets windy around noon.

All of the local lakes will have wind at some point in the day which will create drift. The larger the lake, the bigger the waves. Carry an anchor. Couple of things to remember....1) have life vests equal to the number of souls aboard on any of the lakes mentioned. 2) No CF numbers are needed if rowing but could be reason to be cited if you have motor on and no registration on the larger lakes.
