OC fishing sat afternoon?

havent hit the salt in a while, dont want to hit surf but want to hit a pier, jetty or something this sat afternoon to evening, any recommendations?

Surf fishing does suck with a back ache..!

You can still set down a sand spike, and sit on a beach chair, though!

BB Pier was good early this morning before 9. So by around 7 or so the tides should be right.
