Is noodling even legal in California? I was watching a program on Animal Planet about noodling for catfish. Just curious if noodling is done anywhere around here.

lol noodling in california? that would be awesome!!! haha i could only imagine a bunch of people from the suburbs trying to find a hold pulling a catfish out!!! but i think thats just a thing the do in the east and south. please let us know if you do find people noodling i believe it would be an awesome sight to witness.
