I suggest Powell, Crucial or Dobyns. If you are looking for a multi-purpose rod. Get something 7-7'3" in a MH.

I have a Shimano Crucial Crankbait rod for sale. If you are interested PM me. I am running a Curado 200E7 on it now (also for sale). I will make you a deal on the combo. My post is 3 below yours called Rods & Reels - Shimano, Gloomis, Carrot Stix. (http://fishingnetwork.net/forum4/showthread.php?59229-Rods-amp-Reels-Shimano-Gloomis-Carrot-Stix)
