nice day up at piru today!! fish were holding
in all depths today... water temp 74 with a
slight breeze this morning, lake still full to!





caught this beauty, 2.75 pounder on
the green and white........

russ and I managed 16 crappie's and one bass today,,

What the fees are for Lake Piru?
Try as I might I can't find that information anywhere.
I guess they expect you to just drive up to the lake to find out what they feel like charging you that day?
Once at the gate they can ask for what ever they want and you'll probably pay it.

Definitely a fish finder. Saw the same one at the Bass Pro that the sale rep try to get me to buy.

its the 565 portable, works great, dual beam ect...
I use it to see the bottom and bait.............

there's a down imaging one out to now,,,

portable's been working good for me for
awhile,

12 bucks for truck and 12 for boat, it's a cool lake and
it's very full!!!

boat and truck was $16 dollars before we got a yearly pass. Call them up coz I am not sure if that has changed.

they are super friendly up there. i prefer driving up there vs the convenience of castaic.

haven't been up there since, but i do
remember 12 & 12 .. i little pricey!!!

i was just up at henshaw and the
boat launch was five bucks!! and
7.50 for the permit,,,,, not bad,,
