Boat Ramp lights ????

Hey Viners,
Knowing the squeeky wheel gets the grease. I was wondering why the boat ramp lights were out at 11:30pm on Friday night. It was a pain in the butt :Argument: trying to use the ramp in complete darkness. I could barely see my trailer in the dark by myself.
