Went and tried Torrance area the other day for 2 hours after work.
Every cast was Eel Grass on the Kroc. Too windy for the LC. Walked down to Rat for more Eel Grass even when reeling in with out sinking.
Lots of Kelp in the South Bay surf now.
This week has some real high pm High Tides with a 6.7 at 8:34 pm on Wed.
These PM high tides this week will be the highest pm tides till winter.
Also the Grunion run starts in a couple days.
Good week to cast out a mackeral fillet and hang on.
