First off, I want to say that I have military ID/decals and access to this Lake because my dad is a retired Marine. So I can LEGALLY fish here..
Like it says in the title, this is a late report. I decided to go hit up Lake Norconian last Tuesday for the second time EVER to try some early morning top-water action. Started fishing around 7:40AM and only after about five minutes of throwing the Zara Spook Jr, I catch a solid bass. This is the first time i ever caught a bass on top-water as well!! Got lots of hits on the spook but only landed that one. The bite started to slow down around 8:45 and i tried throwing other baits, BUT nothing. It started getting really hot around 9:30 so i took off.
I might go back tomorrow morning if i wake up! I wanna try throwing a black booya buzzbait as well. I think it might do well there. Overall pretty nice lake.. Im sure there are some BIG bass in here. Gonna have to fish this place more often to see if i can get'em!!

Just got home from fishing Norconian again this morning. Maan it was a blast! I only had a few hours to kill and those two hours i was there I caught two bass and plenty of missed fish because they just kept busting up on surface but missing my LC Sammy. Heres some pics!! :Envious:
