Was able to get out in my float tube for about 4 hours starting at 6 AM... Used a deep diving crankbait (bluegill pattern) a red and white spinnerbait and a silver Rapala cd5... total for the day was 4 nice sized LMB... 14 - 16 inches... 1 14 inch SMB and 2 12 - 13" red ear.... Just a great day... warm, no wind... no crowds (still early) water was 72 - 74 degrees and VERY GREEN... thought it was St Patty's Day!!!!

Lucky. Its over 3 hours from the scv. I'm getting sick of fishing Castaic lol.
