probably, quail lake never seems to be monitered by any authority so you could probably swim around in the lake and go scuba diving. Heck take your rod underwater with you and get first hand experience on what it looks like when fish bite. LOL. But im pretty sure camping is aloud.

You can pretty much do whatever u like at that lake.Its better to enter the lake from the back(thats what she said)lol
Its good to fish at night.Try to get ahold of some salted anchovies or fresh mack !! Good luck !!

The fishing was VERY good.
