http://i1189.photobucket.com/albums/z437/Shade42087/Snapbucket/02d2ad7c-orig.jpg So I caught 6 of these bad boys, most bigger than this one, released all of them, I think they are browns, not sure tho cuz I'm a bass man myself, never seen these before. My sister in law has a ton of property up by big pine and I had to try the creek cuz it ran right thru the property, I would love and appreciate some feedback to confirm my catches, Thx FNN.

Lucky you to have some good access :) That's what the fish I caught this weekend looked like, except mine were larger, so I think the spots were not as distinctive they were kinda like faded freckles. You can always google and hit photos and look to see what you think.

Those orange spots are characteristic of German Browns.
Looks nice!

You have a relative with creekside property in the Eastern Sierra! You are "lucky".

what a treat, private trout creek! that is 100% wild german brown. a juvenile with parr marks, handle them with care!

For sure its a brown.good job releasing,in creeks they get around18-25 inch.
