I love this article! personally there are somthings that he said that would contradict my own experiences but its whatever works for him I dont want to contradict him. Especially when he did such a perfect informative article that most of my experiences can confirm. Just one thing that is a common misconception is that catfish stay on the bottom all the time. But i really do love this article.

You guys are awesome. Just simply awesome. Times have been absolutely crazy lately and I've been "forced" into running around like a maniac taking care of "business" full of late night meetings...

...problems with the natives...

Fact is that I just can't get enough of this stuff and have been spending every minute I can on the water at the Lakes, up north in the Sierra, and in the salt on my kayak and with the amazing crew at Davey's Locker and am just now finding a moment to sit down and say a HUGE thanks to everyone for the kind words. The fact that I get to share my experiences with you guys and a bit of what I've learned along the way is a blessing that I'll always be grateful for. I came home to some of the best emails that I've received in a long time, some simply stating "thanks" others outlining recent success because of something I wrote. Just amazing and the fact that people take time out of their days to let me know that they are diggin' the articles, vids and pictures makes me anxious to keep dishing it out there!! You guys are the best, TRULY!!

Thanks man and no problem at all! Were you at this last demo day? If this is who I think it is, GREAT MEETING YOU!!!

Not a bad looking wife.

Lol, she's the greatest thing since sliced bread! Anybody that puts up with my obsession the way she does deserves an award. I showed her this and with her not feeling fantastic about her 6 month pregnancy physique, this made her night, THANKS!!

Thanks man! When are we gonna hit it? Me and you, a 2 man mission. I could always use another float tube partner!

Thanks for the kind words! And you're right, catfish do NOT stay on the bottom all of the time!! In fact, in the article I discuss that I've caught cats on the bobber and even topwater plugs! There is never an always!! But the physiology and behavior of catfish make the bottom and around all other types of structure a great place to start. Thanks again for the super reply!!!

How awesome is that?! A huge thanks for the kudos and just too cool to hear you're spreading the word!!

great article! long but every good info.

Long to say the least, but awesome to hear you pulled some nuggets out of it!! Thanks!!

Sitting out there right now, at this very minute, is an opportunity. An opportunity to create a memory that you'll think about forever, that you'll share with your kids, your friends and anyone else that will listen. And the ONLY mandatory ingredient is that you get out there and experience it. Enjoy every single second on the water because they are each priceless opportunities for learning. Go get 'em guys and yet again, but never for the last time, a humongous THANK YOU!
