[The Lone Fisherman]

Got to the lake a little after 5:00PM and fished till 8:30PM. I decided to use the Hobie today since it was a little windy at the house, it was a good choice. The winds were howling at the lake, saw a few people shore fishing, no tubers and only a few boats wizzing around. With the wind at my back, I used the rudder to control the drift and caught 10 bass and 4 gills. No pics of the fish today the winds made holding the fish, securing the rod, getting the camera ready and rudder control a little difficult to do.

Howling? That's an understatement. I was running around north of Lake Perris in Moreno Valley today, and it was blowing scorched earth. Plenty of mini vortexes going towards Lake Perris, with wind around 55mph between 6am to 11am. That was crazy!
