Hello people, anybody went to tujunga creek recent? My friend and I about go to there this week... Can you guys give me infos please?
Last time I went up there once can't park anywhere due to the fires, basically everywhere is a NON USE AREA, NO PARKING ANYTIME! sorry I'm not yelling just giving you a preview of all the signs you will see.

The Station Fire devastated both big and little Tujunga creek drainages....moonscaped it in areas. You would be wasting your time. Go to the West or East Fork. Fishing is good and no fire damage to the immediate area.

Take a look at a google map of the Station fire and pretty much cross out any drainage inside the perimeter. The fire burned extraordinarily hot...the ash created a poisonous atmosphere in the creeks and the torrential rains scoured the creekbeds and filled them with soot and ash. They will eventually recover but it will be years before wild trout reproduce in those drainages.
