Huntington Flats

I wanna fish the reefs and or the Huntington flats. Does anyone have a launch site thats close without having to paddle a billion miles? I have a kart for my yak but I still need to have somewhat flat surface to get there. I saw the dog beach entrance off of PCH and they have a bunch of big rocks to get down to the beach. Any help would be appreciated.

sunset marina launch ramp off of edinger ave. your pretty much at the pch bridge, im gonna launch from there not sure if thats the closest but its fairly easy, just park and walk down to the water
