$100 per nt, 2 nt min, plus $80 clean fee
$125 per nt, 3nt min Holiday rate plus cleaning fee
$600 per week, plus $80 clean fee

Stayed here for a couple nights during a tournament. Fantastic spot close to lake. The owner, Matt, was very courteous and reasonable. Truck and boat were secure in rear yard. I am definately going to stay here again. I recommend this spot to anyone looking to vacation or fishing tournaments on havasu.

Yes, I'm new to the site, and just kinda got back into fishing after fishing the Police and Fire Games at Diamond Valley Lake a few weeks ago. Some of the guys at Last Chance Tackle near the lake informed me of frequent requests they get from fisherman fishing Havasu looking for a house to stay that can accommodate boat parking or muliple boats.

I thought it would be a great idea to pass on the house to fellow fisherman at a discounted price, and the safety of securing your boat rather than a hotel parking lot with tweakers stealing stuff.
