Sorry for posting in the report section, but no-one else is using it lately. :ROFL: I was wondering if any-one knows if the water temp went up this week. The castai web site hasn't updated since the 7th. Gonna get my first striper trip in this year abd the forcast is for windy windy windy at pyramid. I was thinking this might be the weekend the stripers start comming up at castaic, but probably not til next week. any-one got the latest temp?

72 last week but i bet its gone up.

castaic just updated their website. its 67 degrees

70-73 degrees.
65 at the inlet per water companies sensor/readings.

thanks bob. one more question for you bob. pyramid or castaic for friday. i just want to put some fish in the boat. been 1 year since my last striper fishing. havent had the boat in the water since then either. :Sad: its a crime i tell you.

Fish been goin' in the boats @ Castaic. Guys are catching limits left and right. They are poppin' on the troll, on the bait, just about on anything at this point. Fishing has finally come to life up there. As a matter of fact, I see about 10-15 boats fishing stripers and they are all catching, but no one is posting up here on FNN.
Conspiracy? lol.
