Lake piru report!!!

We got to the lake around 5:30 in the morning and shot straight over to the othe side pulled on to the first point. I tried the zoom fluke for about 20 to 30 cast wasn't feeling it then switch to a crankbait for nothing as well so then I went back to the fluke and BAM!!!! fish on!!!! it was about a 2 lber or so.We caught 6 fish and I missed at least 4 or 5.....The zoom fluke was the trick all day for me and it eve landed this little honey right here!!!!!! GOT SOME LMB PORN FOR YOU GUYS!!!!!!31107

The scale said 9 lbs but I have caught a 10 lber before and this one was big then that so we think that the scale was off but who cares it's a toad!!!!!!

I never fished there...but from what I was told the water was up about 30ft!!!

That was my first time there I was in a bass tourney....I don't what else they got in there.....I was told that there is no striper.

Also, does anyone know whether or not it's legal to fish off the road on your way up to the lake entrance. I know that there is space on the side of the road there but is it legal to park there? I'll be fishing from shore anyway and I don't want to pay to park in the lot if I don't have to.
