They took out the bouy line at the inlet..Anybody know why?

Yes, I was there on Monday and the buoy's were on the shore. I was told it broke (wear and tear). It was cool being able to fish without it being there! Fishing good early on small swim baits then it was bait and wait. Shore fishing seems slow by launch ramp #1. Didn't go buy launch ramp #2 though. Inlet was the best bite I saw.
