Heading out to elizabeth lake tommorow with my 3 year old daughter :Big Grin: and plan on using inflated crawlers for cats but does anybody have advice for catching crappie there. I have never targeted crappie so I have no clue where to start or how to set up my line.

If there are crappies in there all you need is 2 or 4 pound test line and 1/64th or 1/32nd oz jigs. Try red/white, yellow/white, grasshopper or plain white patterns. If it's windy put a small bubble on the line a few feet up from the jig.
