Hit the lake right at 820 am & tossed out a crawler & some PB. Sat there for about a hour before I got a bite on the crawler. Wasnt a huge fish from what I could see so I convinced the fish to spit the hook 2 ft from shore. We where on the save wave length me & the fish,lol.
Tossed it back out & waited & waited & waited some more. The wind kept picking up but only for 5 min at a time or I would of left sooner. Right at 1130 I got a lil bump on the crawler again & it was a fighter. Trying to reel em in win BAM got a fish on the other pole. Its a bit frustrating when this happens but what a rush. Bring in the first one & toss it in the bucket & work on the the 2nd. Both where decent holdovers & the end of my bite.I hung around for another hour or so & called it for the day.
