skiff boating help

hey just a question for all you exoerienced guys/girls out there. I was planning a day out on a skiff with a buddie out of KH but i heard its not that good to fish there, is there a better place to rent a skiff? Any help would be appreciated.

Its ok but not great. Theres some halibut and bass there, sometimes you can get cudas if theyre around. I would head down to newport and rent a skiff from Davey's locker. Much better fishing down there.
