That's both hilarious and disturbing. Gotta love the homeless. The fish look like mullet, but I didn't know they lived in the River. I have to fish there one of these days.

This was posted before. I forget who posted it but on the thread someone mentioned that the guy in the video looked like one of them members here lol! :ROFL: Anyways, the LA river does have Mullet. I wonder if it's legal to snag them though, probably not.

So it's a mullet? Looks very close to a striper in that erratic video as it is shaking and flopping in real time.

Its a mullet. They are estuary fish, so them surviving in the LA river near LB makes sense. They aren't too common in California, but they occur here and there. Good eating too, not that you would want to eat anything coming out of that drainage.
