tubin the nph bay 30th

So decided to get out there on the water around 9:30ish and within a few cast ......slam....pullin drag and I new it was a flatty....got him in and it was about a 20".....not legal but man those guys know how to give a great fight.....keept fishin for about another couple hour fishin the docks and boats....and slam again....it was another flatty.....man its crazy cause usualy when im fishin the docks and boats im slamin spottyz but..man not complaining I love catchin flatty...last cast between two boat and slam it hard man thought it was another flatty but it was a nice spotty...got a pic of the spotty but didn't get any of the flatty..

It's not the water that bothers me. I've fished in rain plenty of times. It's more like waves and stuff since it will be my first time in the salt with a float tube. I've been to NPH before just not on a tube
