Went to the lake saturday with my bro and my unlce. We werent really trying for trout so we decided to go for some slabs. Ended up slaying 40 crappie all over a pound by 10am. I have to mention also that i was testing out the new berkley nanofil line that i won at the crappie tournament. The line is amazing but the price is a little high. i caught 14 crappie each day on the nanofil. We had such a good day we had to go back memorial day and man what another good day. We had limits by 10 again and every crappie was huge. My biggest one was 2 lbs. I will have pics up shortly im new on here but if u go to irvine you will see us in the green boat. Everything was caught on berkley 2 inch gulp minnows.
