Night Fishing at the Lagoon for catfish? Interested?

I just wanted to see if anyone would like to go out to the lagoon and target some catfish?
No one really targets them so I know there are some big boys in there!
I think i'm going to go this friday night,and if I do well,saturday night also.
Of course if you just want to come and hang out you LMB fisherman of course you
are more than welcome also.Lets talk about it ?:Twisted:

I have seen some cat fisherman at Lagoon lately and they have BIG Rigs targeting Big Kitties. Chat with them a little (great guys) and they have been catching 20 - 30lb-ders and occasionally they will hook up a bullet train and can't turn their heads until the line snap!!

Have fun out there and bring your saltwater gears....

Could be a go. Might be headed out Thursday night to wander around different waters but it looks like the wind at Pyramid where I wanted to start will be 25mph, and I doubt I need that kind of paddling exercise.

Perhaps I'll grab some standard cat bait and join you. I have no fancy kool-aid beef stock recipes. Lulz.

I've never caught a catfish over 5 lbs. Might as well add that to the obsessions list.

Beware of the monster skunks at the lagoon. Years ago my friend and I got it from a big *** skunk. They are always around the trash cans. Had to throw away my clothes after that night. Damn skunks as big as a dog...

I mean..I can go out there alone..but the more lines out,the better we can see what type of catfish
are in there...well size wise.I'm thinking Castiac Upper lake this weekend on shore.....lower at night...just a thought
