New it was going to be bad weather, but Jim woke early and willing to give it a go. I convinced him to go for a ride to see what the lake's like when the weather's this way.

Definitely not the place to be during the high wind advisories. Is that a pic of Stanfield? With the very high water levels I bet many areas could be unsafe.

At least you had a chance friday , The weather is what kept me from going up there sat. [ I HATE THE WIND ] Those pics of stanfield are pretty scary looking , what a bummer for the memorial weekend . Monday will be better and the fish will be hungry .// db

Yep. I agree! The wind was crazy- and it was cold. REALLY COLD!! I'm not a wimp, I tried, was too cold, and well- I packed it up. My temperature gage said 35* plus the wind- gave me the shivers just thinking about it!
