hey guys. going fishing with my son tomorrow but since we dont have a boat, we gotta fish from shore..whats better castaic or pyramid for them jailbirds???

dont wanna dish out $75 for boat rental..too expensive...have to do the shore thing

pyramid. like someone said earlier, smaller fish but definitly more. castaic is tough right now.

Fish Pyramid from the r0cks.Believe it or not,the jailbirds are biting on lighter lines.
I was using 8lb test...for 1 baby catfish.I threw out 4lb test and caught 6 in 2 hours.
Small pieces of chovies.Bring night crawlers just in case they dont want chovies.You should have some great fishing from open,til about 10 am.The lake lice might screw everything up in front.....well unless the cops lay down the law!:ROFL:
