Sure, if you want to be run over by a boat! I'm being funny, yet kind of serious too. I'm not sure if you can even have a tube or yak out at night. If you can, I'd have running lights of some sort or at least a gob of chem lightsticks hanging all over my boat. A can air horn would be a good idea too to warn off a boat that doesn't see you.

I mis-read your post. I thought you asked, "right", not night.
I wouldn't do a kayak there at night. Way too many dumba##s there. It's dangerous enough in daylight!!!
I doubt they'll let you launch due to the safety factor.
