Fishing spot?

Has anyone ever fished by Marina Pacifica in Long Beach. I was back there farting around on the shore and caught two spotted bay bass. They were both carefully released, but was wondering if I could tube that area. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

ive kayaked that area, i dont see why u cant tube the worst that can happen is harbor patrol or coast guards will tell u to move.
