Forgive me, I don't have pictures
Today I went to Castaic and broke the skunk.
Sardines seem to do the job, as well as a little prayer!!!
Three nice stripers, total weight aprox 10 to 12lbs.:Big Grin:
Most days at Castaic three stripers would not be much. But the last 6 months have been the slowest I can remember.
Hope this was not a one day anomoly.

yeah its been slow at castaic..hopefully its picking up..gook luck to all !!

The wind, check the weather on the Castaic lake website, suppose to blow

Noaa says wind at pyramid for sure...not forcast for castaic YET...will take a look before I leave for sure..Thanks dave...I would guess tomorrows a bust. I am not leaving first thing anyways..

nice job on the stripers. first good report about castaic all season. ive been hearing that castaic is off and on mostly off with the striper bite. anyone hear know when things should pick up there. Im guessing around the second week of june or so. that sound right.

Did not go today...tomorrow I hope..Weather looks ok...ish
