WTB Water proof over coat/jacket

I am looking for a better water proof jacket to fit over my waders. Cheaper the better is good for me.

funny you posted this WWO.....I was just looking at the SWAT reports.....and noticed the waterproof jackets...just when i thought I was "ready" :mad: lol
