Just picked up some Little Ripperz jigs in Casper and Snot Rocket that I plan to use at Intake II. Do I need to use any weight with these? On the back of the package it recommends a bobber...
How do you guys fish with these? I'm a jiggin' newbie....

Hey there! You made a good choice with those jigs. My two favorite colors!
Fish them on straight two pound test, no weights at all. When retrieving them make sure you bring it back with a slow retrieve bouncing the rod tip up and down just slightly.
If the fish are on the surface, then you can use a bobber, with the jig 36" or so below the bobber. You can even tip the jigs with a meal worm to help out as well.
Just make sure to use 2# test with them and set your drag accordingly.

Majority of time I fish a 1/32...... If the fish are out of reach of a 1/32 i'll toss a 1/16, but that doesn't happen to often.
