Any advices on my upcoming trip 5/15/11

Hi all,

I am planning on going out with two of my friends on Sunday 5/15/11. Our plan is to start fishing at the long beach break wall at 7A.M- 9A.M and head to Horshekelp afterward. planning on using live anchovies and dead squid and some plastics. What do you guys think? What kind of plastic should I use? Is it a good time or should we go earlier? Please give me some advices..

Bring Plastics. Read and look at Redrums report.
Plastics can outfish live bait when your on your game on the wall.
