1st time fishing this year and finally decided to hit up the lagoon for night fishing. This was the first time I've night fished for bass, fished from around 9 to 11:30. Hooked up with a fish about 30 min in, it fought great but once it got within 10 feet of the shore, line snapped. Only bite of the night but it was still a blast. I haven't restocked my tackle box since last year so I only fished with a split shot roboworm and flylined a watermelon senko which the fish hit. I'll probably be back out tomorrow night.
